Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. The Terms and Conditions set out below apply to all participants submitting entries for the Cadbury Dairy Milk Easter Consumer Promotion, conducted by Mondelēz South Africa (Pty) Limited, 18 Harrowdene Office Park, Kelvin Drive, Woodmead, Sandton, 2191, Tel: 011 253 4000 ("the Promoter"). Entry via SMS will serve as acceptance by the participant of all the related Terms and Conditions.

Entry to the Promotion is the purchase of 1 x Cadbury Dairy Milk Slab (90g/180g) or 1x Cadbury Dairy Milk Chocolate Bar (40g/45g) or 1 x Cadbury Dairy Milk Bubbly Slab (87g/150g) or 1 x Cadbury Dairy Milk Mini Bar (20g). Entrants must SMS the last 4 digits of their barcode to 32405 (SMSs charged at R1.00 per SMS). Free SMSs do not apply. Please note that no other Mondelēz products are eligible for this Promotion.

Entry is open to all South Africans, except employees of the Promoter, any of its Associated Companies, their merchandisers, advertising, promotional and PR agencies and all their immediate families. No persons under the age of 18 will be considered eligible for this Promotion. Multiple entries will be permitted, with a maximum of 3 entries per cellphone number per day. A person can win a maximum of 3 times within the Promotion period.

The Promoter will not be responsible for any non-delivery of entries. The Promotion runs from 15 February 2014 until 30 April 2014. No entries received after midnight on 30 April 2014 will be accepted. The prize is the chance to win your share of R300 000 in cash prizes. The share of R300 000 will be broken down into 200 prizes of R1 500 cash in e-wallet vouchers. 200 prize winners will be randomly chosen over the campaign period. Once selected and contacted, the winner wins R1 500 cash in e-wallet vouchers. Promotion prizes will extend over the Promotion period with no grand prize. Prize Terms and Conditions apply. Winners will be contacted via telephone. Draws will take place weekly and only those cellphone numbers entered in the week of the draw will be eligible for that week’s draw. Entries will therefore not be pooled to the following week.

Winners will be chosen randomly and will be contacted via telephone. The prize cannot be sold or transferred to any person other than the winner. The winner will accept the prize as is, at their own risk. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with something else of the same value.

The prize winners indemnify the Promoter and hold the Promoter harmless for any loss, damage, harm or injury which the prize winners may sustain as a result of any claim which may be made against it by any third party, whilst participating in this promotional campaign. The prize winners indemnify the Promoter and hold the Promoter harmless for any loss, damage, harm, physical damage, injury or death which may result from accepting the prize. The Promoters may refuse to award any prize to a participant if there is suspicion of any irregularities or fraudulent activities. Neither Promoter nor its agents or distributors will have any liability in relation to this Promotion. If the Promoters are required by any legislation, the Minister of Trade and Industry, or the National Lotteries to alter any aspect of the Promotion or to terminate Promotion as a result of changes in legislation, the Promoters will have the right to terminate this Promotion with immediate effect and without notice of such termination. In such event, all participants hereby waive any rights which they may have against the Promoters and acknowledge that they will have no recourse or claim of any nature whatsoever against the Promoters, its agents, contractors and/or sponsors. The Promoter shall not be liable if they are unable to contact the winning cellphone number within 24 hours of being drawn for any reason whatsoever. The Promoter may in its sole discretion decree that the participant whose cellphone number has been drawn but who is not contactable should forfeit the prize and the Promoter shall then draw a new cellphone number from the eligible entries.

The Promoter reserves the right to carry out reasonable due diligence to confirm eligibility and help ensure that the use of any such person in advertising or publicity for the Promotion will not bring the Promoter or any of the Promoter’s brands into public disrepute, contempt, scandal or ridicule or reflect unfavourably on the Promotion as determined by Promoter in its sole discretion. At the Promoter's request, winners will have the option of participating in all promotional activities (such as publicity and photography) surrounding the winning of the prize, free of charge, and they consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in promotional material or in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this Promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter. However, the winner has the right to decline an invitation to participate in any promotional activity or to object to these images being used by written notification to the Promoter at 18 Harrowdene Office Park, Kelvin Drive, Woodmead, Sandton, 2191, Attention: Legal Department.

The Promoter may, with the approval of the winner, collect, store and use (not share) personal information of entrants for communication or statistical purposes with the permission of the winner. The judges' decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter will, at its own discretion, be able to amend the rules to the Promotion at any time during the duration of the Promotion.
